If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we can either reship it at the buyer’s expense or refund the item cost (minus original shipping)

Lost or Delayed orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbours, safe places, and your local depot. While we’ll do our best to help, Rewild Swimwear cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
We are not liable for courier delays once an item has been dispatched. If a parcel is confirmed lost (not delayed), we’ll assist in filing a claim with the courier. Replacements may be offered at our discretion.
