Meet Heather
Meet Heather, an underwater photographer from Cornwall who is passionate about marine conservation and exploring UK seas. Growing up on the Isles of Scilly and being surrounded by incredible marine life, is where her passion for the ocean began.
Completing a degree in Marine and Natural History Photography, Heather regularly free dives around the Cornish coastline, learning about the diverse species we have in local waters. Being a huge animal lover, means her goal is to spread awareness of our precious ecosystem and encourage people to get into the sea and connect with nature.
Heather loves being an ambassador for Rewild because the swimwear is unique, sustainable and represents the ocean through its fun and intricate prints. Rewild makes her feel confident and is the perfect choice for a day in and around the sea.
Meet Maddie
Meet Maddie, a marine biology student at the University of Plymouth with a special interest in underwater ecosystems and a passion to conserve them.
Originally from Brighton, Maddie has spent all her life exploring the sea and the animals that live there. Maddie actively fulfils her passion by working in seagrass restoration in Plymouth Sound and Australia. She practices science communication by sharing her work and stories through her social network pages.
Whenever possible, Maddie enjoys wild swimming and sea snorkels with friends. Her main goal is to help people feel more connected to the blue environments around them.
As a long-time follower of Rewild, Maddie is thrilled to be an ambassador because the swimwear is designed using local species that reflects the environments she works in. It is comfortable, sustainable and well-designed for ocean lovers to enjoy the ocean in.
Meet Cicely
Meet Cicely, a marine biologist and shark conservationist living in Plymouth. With seven years of marine research experience and a master’s in Zoology, Cicely has conducted research across the globe, working on shark conservation projects from South African waters to the Mediterranean.
Her passion for the ocean began at a young age while diving around the coast of Cyprus, and has since grown into a career dedicated to protecting marine life and raising awareness about the vital role sharks play in our ecosystems.
Cicely loves being an ambassador for Rewild because the swimwear is sustainable, ocean-inspired, and reflects her values of conservation and connection to the sea. Rewild actively supports researchers and conservationists, allowing her to combine her work and passion for the ocean with promoting a brand that helps protect the ecosystems she loves.
