Returns

Eligibility

Only full-priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Only unworn and unwashed swimwear with the original tags, packaging, and most importantly the hygiene liner intact will be eligible for returns.

For shorts or short-style swimsuits, items must have been tried on while wearing underwear for hygiene reasons.

Please note that any swimwear showing clear signs of wear, stains, marks, odours, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@rewildswimwear.com.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A £5 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover handling and payment processing costs.

Refund and Exchange Options

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for eligible full-priced items, minus the £5 return processing fee. Exchanges do not incur this fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired size or style in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on international orders due to the cost of shipping. International customers may return eligible full-priced items for a refund (subject to the conditions outlined in this policy), but will need to place a new order if they require a different size.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items will undergo inspection to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

If returned items do not meet the eligibility criteria, they will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Processing Time

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
