Returns

Eligibility:

Only unworn and unwashed swimwear with the original tags, packaging and most important, hygiene liner intact will be eligible for returns.

Returns must be initiated within 20 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund and Exchange Options:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the returned items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired size or style in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability and unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on international orders (purely due to the cost of shipping). International customers may return items for a full refund (subject to our normal conditions), but will need to reorder if they wish to obtain a different size.

Inspection and Approval:

All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

If the returned items do not meet the eligibility criteria, they will be returned to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be provided.

Processing Time:

Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Final Sale Items:

Items purchased during clearance sales, or marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange
